How do you butter a bread on the pan, a grill cheese, or that is with a shrimp or lettuce washed?

I don't eat those kinds of the bread - those are the white bread. Is that the normal American diet?  How do you cook a couscous in the Taiwan this ugly rice cooker, and washed a kale + artichoke, olives (purple or greens), cherry tomato, and the chicken strips tears by the hand. Asian we have this vacuum chicken, so its the microwave done, hand tear on the salad.

• chips or sweet potato fries.

Pizza, Pizza Pizza for the rest of everyone, something beside? Is that 2 plates + a bottle water.
