In my inter-personal relationship class (Melinda is the communication major), that is a communication class.

I think you all perfect story, would be your partner, had a bf before, and he is seeing her leaving. Either in all of your head, or just in one person's brain.

When you are in any relationship, you care about your parents be taken your side, because any of your peer friends will forever envy you, loud to you, saying wrong words to you and her next by.  When you are 2 people bind to the indoor, you cannot have a friend for saying, "open the curtain of your crying day.", dress up like the movie: How To Lose a Guy in 10 days.

Because a lot of time you wish to find a genuine friends when you raining or something, to get you and her both up, but you are the same degree something don't go well in life. So why don't you just stay together for some times, you didn't need to make that decision so real. 

What Square plan to do, its to take her current relationship and that past to the D.C, because the more people, they happy all together. They are all happy groupy girls seeking out that justice, and the paper works.

If Square find out she working so hard on the paper desk for that one trip to the D.C, and this ex gf talking outside at someone else, because that paper work is not hers, she didn't care about this Washington D.C trip, this is on Square's face with her current or dad's side, you gonna say, 10 second lasting longer, it didn't meant before.....
