Yeah, I continue to lose weight, walking or running best!

The running !! Every day a little bit a little bit, to add the time up. And eating less and less. 

You cannot tell how many times I am going up and down the weight, want to start again? To lose weight together?

No, you still eat something. You just don't get too hungry at one time and you keep swallowing. You have to remember your bathroom time and your drinking the water, or the soup, or some water or the juice schedule. Or the fruits schedule. You don't get too deplete felt so you keep swallowing down the food when you waiting that long.

The energy bar or these kinds of the fruits berry are very expensive. Very hard to digest at my stomach, the energy bar. I actually don't eat a lot of things anymore. I am not even sure a real human life with Westlife. I told Shane a several things, that personal life routine will clash, and a few other things. So its until they finish their concert stuffs.

You see this morning before the noon things I say that is 1000x worse stuffs? You have no idea anything why I keep saying I am very occupied with the court room, my eyes sight shatter left monitor or the right monitor, can you repeat yourself what is 1000x worsen things?

I might be free now, I can get going walking or running a bit, or exercising. Walking around. Someone does on purpose, if I am not dying, its I am hanging. If I am not hanging, its everyone dying without me with one Loki !!! That is the Avenger Ending. Infinity War. That sounds right.

But NSYNC slim down, so I am the last to go.
