The guys they are the vacular plant, that is why they can do a lot of those, whichever at your front eyes that bothering you. Really, every move. 




Morning routine

Drinking the water 1 big cup or 2 cups down, and then going to the bathroom or lay down, waiting a bit. I do that 5 or 6 time, nowadays. Its just the way it is about this you all too tall if they getting the white out when they stand or squatting. I don't have any of that anymore, if I go outside like that one day run about, I can maintain myself any movement never gonna have the white out (fainting when you suddenly get up, or squat down) - therefore, I don't have that anymore, but...when my physical body got called to lay down, its morning like those tedius routine. I did tell Westlife or Shane.

I am not sure the personal space when you saying the real life, I doing a lot of those small tiny things, really. And for saying someone be responsible for my personal life, meaning I keep doing this laying down for one white out, or never gonna have,....

Well, I just think it might be too personal. That kind of jumping up and down to get life going. Its torturing my parts, but I drink the water in that way too. Hydration.

I have a job....doesn't look like real....

Going to the bathroom meaning

1) Pee

2) Poo every morning 


That is you eating....3 meals, they say 3 times poo. But I only had 1 or 2 meals a day + snacks here there, fruits. The fiber in the fruits is the only thing gets you to the bathroom.

The guys will be forever a vascular plant, forever .....if they keep thin and slim, they won't have any of those obesity issue. It won't be as worse as the women part, and you are not that old yet. NSYNC suppose to have a background how to lose the weight down all by themselves.

Really.

I am very sure they used to have that background or the routine too.

Right...she gains a huge amount of the weight the last time I gaining up the way to 74kg in 2019. After we meet, I went down to 61 kg, this far you all making me gain weight, but that photo was taken with her and her husband, a lot a lot a lot of the weight on the Asian and they get old too.





The Poo Schedule
